Youth First
Holy Rosary Catholic School is proud to partner with Youth First to provide a licensed social worker free of charge to our students. Through the referral of parents or teachers, students can meet weekly at school with Ms. Jenna Kruse to discuss family matters, peer conflict, and other topics. Ms. Kruse is a graduate of Mater Dei Catholic High School and earned her undergraduate and Master’s degrees at the University of Southern Indiana. She entered the field of social work because she understands the struggle with mental health and recognizes the importance of having someone to talk to as well as early intervention. Ms. Kruse says, “My work is about helping the students find their voices to create positive change in their lives. When they have the moment of realization that they can do this themselves and are motivated to do so, that is a great feeling for them and for me.” To learn more about Youth First, visit youthfirstinc.org.
