Scrips Print E-mail

Great news - you are now able to order Scrips online!  All orders can be paid for using a bank draft (electronic check) online.  You may also continue to pay with your paper check, but please understand that your Scrip order will not be processed until payment has been received at the school office.  All orders placed by 12 noon on Mondays will be ready by 12 noon on Fridays.

Please view/download this simple instruction sheet to get started (will open a new window to view). YOU WILL NEED OUR ENROLLMENT CODE TO REGISTER, which is located on the instruction sheet.

You can access this new ordering tool in 2 ways:

  1. Click here to be taken to the Scrip portal on our website.
  2. Click here to leave our website and go directly to the Scrip website.

We recommend ordering online which allows for  more accurate and efficient accounting of Scrip orders, less overhead to tie up capital, and most importantly - a broader inventory for you to choose from.  You are still welcome to place an order with our regular paper order form.  Forms can be found in most parent packs and in the school office during the school year or you may download a copy of the order form here

All orders must be turned in with payment by 11 am on Mondays.

When you purchase a Scrip, you're purchasing negotiable gift certificates that are used just like cash. The Scrip is similar to a gift certificate or gift card, and is issued by national and local retailers where many of our families already shop. These merchants want to support non-profit organizations like our school and church, and in return ask you to support them by shopping with Scrips at their stores. You can use Scrips to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, they earn revenue for our school. You can even use Scrips to pay store credit card bills at Kohl's!

About Scrips - what they are and how to use them
Because the Scrip is purchased by you with cash (or check) up front, the participating retailers offer a substantial discount. Holy Rosary buys the Scrip from the Scrip Center at a discount, and re-sells the certificates to you for full face value. The bulk of the discount - from two to fifteen percent or more - is retained by Holy Rosary as revenue. It's like buying a gift card for yourself instead of someone else, and the school reaps the rewards, or you can use them as gift cards also.

Groceries, clothing, toys, gifts -- even gasoline -- can be purchased with a Scrip. A combined 150 families easily spends between one and two million dollars per year on food, clothing and other essentials. If these families - you - use Scrips for these purchases, then you can help raise as much as $40,000 to $80,000 per year for our school -- without spending an additional penny.

Scrips can be used at more than 600 retail brands including American Airlines, Bath & Body Works, Blockbuster Video, Burger King, The Gap, Home Depot, Lowe's, JCPenney, Marriott, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Sears, Schnuck's, Buehler's Buy-Low, TruGreen/Chemlawn, and Wal-Mart, to name just a few.

Scrip orders are processed every Monday at 11 am and distributed on Friday 12:00 noon of the same week.

Everyone is welcome to purchase Scrip cards from available inventory in the parish office Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm during the summer months, and in the school office Monday – Friday 8am to 2pm during the school year.
