• Your child is enrolled for the full school year. However, when withdrawal is necessary, the school requires a written statement of such, prior to withdrawal. If more than two months behind in tuition, you will be asked to withdraw your child due to the lengthy waiting list of children wanting to attend our preschool.
• The 2008-2009 tuition will be $95.00 for 2-day students, $127.00 for 3-day students and $155.00 for 5-day students. Any payment received after the 15th of the month, a $5.00 late fee will be charged. All checks must be made out to Holy Rosary Totten Hall.
• As long as your child is enrolled at Holy Rosary Totten Hall, tuition is due the 1st of the month regardless of how many days your child is absent.
• The Preschool program will include field trips and parties arranged by the Holy Rosary Totten Hall School Board. A small fee will be charged for certain field trips to cover the bus and costs associated with the field trip. The 2-day class does not attend field trips. However, they are welcome to come with their parents.
• When public schools are closed due to weather conditions, the Preschool will follow their dismissal and/or one hour delays. If public schools are on a 2-hour delay, Holy Rosary Totten Hall will not be in session. If Holy Rosary Totten Hall is closed due to bad weather, tuition is not refundable due to continuing monthly expenses.  When Totten Hall Preschool is closed, there will be no before or after school care available.
• The 3-day students will attend school on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The 2-day students will attend school on Tuesday and Thursday.
• Exceptions to any Preschool policy will be brought before the Holy Rosary Totten Hall School Board.
• The Holy Rosary Totten Hall School Board has a special fund-raising project each year to help supplement its income in order to purchase new equipment. We hope you will support our projects.
• All Pre-K students will be enrolled in our 5-day program and will be billed accordingly. It is our recommendation that any child entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2009 attend Holy Rosary Totten Hall five days a week. However, even though you will be paying for the five-day program, you have the option of sending your child three days a week.
• All children must be potty-trained! This means no pull-ups!
  
• School doors will not be open until 8:00 a.m. (7:00 a.m. for day care children). Please be on time so the teacher can start their daily activities.
• Due to the importance of letting young children know they will be picked up promptly, your child must be picked up from Holy Rosary Totten Hall between 10:55 and 11:00. Any child picked up later than 11:10 will be sent to after-school care and be charged for one day attendance.
